Niemiller Art values 100% customer satisfaction. If you receive an order that you are not happy with, please contact morganniemiller@gmail.com within 14 days of the order.
Damaged Order:
If your order has been damaged, please contact morganniemiller@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged product and the full name on the order for a replacement or refund.
Custom Orders:
Niemiller Art does not accept returns or issue refunds for custom orders. If you would like to discuss alterations to a custom order, please email morganniemiller@gmail.com with the following details:
- A photo of the reference image
- A photo of the completed custom artwork
- Your request for alterations
